2004-2011
In 2004，AIC successfully developed 95 kPa Safety Transportation Bags and got them patented, and used in major international CROs in the same year.
In 2010, AIC developed the Styrofoam Transportation Kits for UN 3373 Biohazard Substances, and the Insulated Boxes for transportation in ambient conditions.
2012-2014
In 2012, AIC invested the second workshop of 8000 square meters to expand the manufacturing of 95kPa Safety Bags and the transportation Kits;
In 2014, AIC developed the new single slot bags with bigger inner space, and multi-slotted absorbent pocket sleeves for holding the specimen tubes and vials.
2016-now
In 2016, AIC was awarded as the 5-Star Supplier by the Inter-Clinical Research Association in China.
In 2018, AIC re-organized and established the new subsidiary department for supplies particularly to global Labs and CROs.
In 2019, AIC was awarded by the second time as a 5-Star Supplier by the Inter-Clinical Research Association in China.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your
branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. Can i ask one pair samples before place order?
A:Yes we can produce by your samples,we can send you samples for free,but customer need to pay
courier cost by themselves.
Q3.How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
Q4.How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next
step production procedure.
Q5. How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.
Q6.How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T and Paypal, Western Union are the most usual
ways we are using.
Q7.What’s the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your
confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production.
After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don’t have the
items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the
balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
Q8. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 5 weeks after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.
