The ai650® 95kPa Biohazard Specimen Transportation Bag are qualified to withstand the requirement of ICAO Packaging Instruction 650 and the CFR 49, Parts 100 to 195 and thus ensure the safety during the Transportation of Dangerous Goods or Biohazard Materials by Air.

2. General Description

The ai650® 95kPa Biohazard Specimen Transportation Bag is a patented product of Advance International.

The bags were developed for carriage of dangerous or biohazard substances in conditions of the inside/outside pressure differential of not less than 95kPa. Also the sealed bag with dangerous materials inside can withstands a temperate in between -40°C and +55°C (or between -40°F and +131°F).

Each of the bag have a absorbent pocket sleeve inside which is capable of holding 7 cryogenic vials and with a absorbency of minimum 200ml of distilled water.

When a 95 kPa bag is used in conjunction with each inner packaging containing liquid, the assembled UN package is eligible to be transported by air (IATA DGR packaging instructions must also be followed to ensure compliance).
